When Monster.co.uk asked us to develop a christmas card we wanted to come up with something that people would share and talk about. We came up with the monster Reindeer race, the Yuletide equivalent of the Grand National. Thousands of people got involved and the campaign measured up well against KPIs such as CV uploads and Job Searches. Not bad for a little old christmas card eh?
