Make-Over Make-Under is a L'Oréal Professionnel initiative to give customers a perfectly groomed and polished look with natural looking hair colour that's glossy and full of richness. Firecracker was briefed to come up with a campaign to spread the word about Make-Over Make-Under so that customers will go to L'Oréal Professionnel salons asking for the colour service. Part of this campaign was a Facebook application where users upload a picture of themselves so that other users can vote whether they need a Make-Over or a Make-Under. The vote result is displayed on the user's page and also streams over to the L'Oréal Professionnel fan page as a leaderboard of candidates.
