Following comprehensive customer research recruitment specialist Badenoch & Clark decided it needed a brand new website. No mean task for such a large, global brand. Firecracker was contracted to redesign and rebuild the site so that it was more effective in helping consultants to acquire and manage clients, and to aid the development of long term relationships with employers and candidates alike. The key to the site – apart from its eye-catching design – is vastly improved navigation, allowing candidates to search and apply for jobs much more efficiently. Despite the current difficult economic climate, which is hitting the recruitment industry particularly hard, the website is proving extremely successful in helping Badenoch & Clark maintain its position as one of the foremost international recruitment consultants within the private and public sectors.
